As a customer, you benefit from a warranty if the photo is damaged during transport or during mounting or framing. I will send you a new photo after receiving the damaged photo. All costs of this replacement will be borne by me. Damage during mounting or framingIf this happens in a professional studio, we will contact these people and agree on how the photo will be replaced.You should not take any action in this case.

An invoice is included with each delivery that clearly describes the photo, dimensions and edition.The final amount paid is clearly stated, including the VAT paid. Customers within the EU who have a valid VAT number can request an invoice without VAT, whereby the VAT is shifted to the customer's Member State.
